it would be helpful to see the Budget & KPI metrics somehow (using arrows, colors, ...) in the dashboard overview such that we can quickly see which account needs the most attention as of right now there is just the comparison to the previous timeframes

First version of the budget health and overview dashboard is live. We'll be working now to improve the detailed view and alerts.
